Hi there I’m Hannah and I’m Rachel and this is the Before & After podcast where we discuss all things related to training, mindset, health, wellness, nutrition and body image. Whether it is talking from personal experience and sharing stories from our own journeys or reviewing the latest trends from the health and fitness world, our goal is to provide you with fascinating insight and helpful information to help you reach your own goals. In this episode we take a look at the Crossfit Open and how that relates to our ongoing theme of being more concerned with what your body can do over and above what it looks like. We also dive into what happens after those Open workouts are completed and then you see the pictures. Are you still able to focus on what you just accomplished or does your attention turn to critiquing the images you see that friends have taken on their cell phones or gym photographers have captured? We also shed light on (with a little help from a professional photographer) how you can capture the best & worst possible pictures of your fellow athletes as they jump around in the gym.
